The location was stunning - a short walk to everywhere we wanted to go. A work desk, a dining area, and a seating area inside the apartment were handy...

i was offered a room with stunningly beautiful views over the lake. the hotel's position was good and great, by whatsapp that makes everything very unfamiliar.

Wonderful overall experience. Stunningly beautiful hotel located in a really quiet area close enough to the lake through the constructionsite, the garden and the private pier. Beautiful rooms with a seating area, a work desk, and a stone fireplace. Amiable staff, comfy beds.

The hotel had a beautiful location in the mountains. I stayed in a studio apartment with stunning views for 2 nights. The venue was next to the lake and the beach in Guatemala.

I had an exceptional stay at this beautiful spot in San Marcos. The location was just a short walk from town, and the breathtaking views from the balcony were stunning. The apartment was spacious, clean, and had a great design. The private access to a dock and kayaks made for some unforgettable experiences. The owner, Gregg, was very friendly and accommodating, even facilitating airport transfer and currency exchange. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay in San Marcos.

The view from the hotel was absolutely breathtaking, and we loved waking up to it every morning. the design of the space was also incredible, with beautiful finishes and attention to detail. the two cats that live on the property were so friendly and made us feel right at home. the complimentary breakfast and coffee were a great way to start the day. We also appreciated the fact that the hotel was a bit removed from the town, giving us a peaceful and quiet experience.
We had to use WhatsApp to contact the hotel, which made things feel a bit impersonal.

The rooms at Baraka Atitlán were cozy and comfortable, with a seating area where I could relax and unwind after a long day. I loved waking up to the stunning lake view from my room, it was truly a magical experience. It was great to have a fridge, stovetop, and coffee machine in the room, making it convenient for me to prepare my own meals and enjoy a hot cup of coffee in the mornings. The balcony with mountain views was a perfect spot to enjoy the fresh mountain air and take in the beautiful surroundings. The safety deposit box in the room gave me peace of mind, knowing that my valuables were secure.
Personally, I didn't enjoy having a patio in my room. However, I can see how others might appreciate having this additional outdoor space.

We stayed at a place that was quite far from downtown, however, that wasn't an issue since we didn't mind walking. The apartment was very spacious and cozy. The bed was extremely comfortable and the lighting created a peaceful atmosphere. The lovely garden outside was impressive and we were grateful to have a private dock on the beach.
There were no instructions on how to use the appliances properly.

We had an amazing romantic escape at this lodge! The views were absolutely stunning, and we enjoyed the private access to the dock and kayaks. It was so easy to walk to the nearby town and explore the local culture. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the aesthetics of the lodge were beautifully done. We also appreciated the airport transfer and money exchange services provided. a wonderful experience!
Although we had a great time at the lodge, there were a few things that could be improved. The limited hot water made showering a bit difficult, and we wish there had been more information provided about the space and location.
